Hi all. Recently I reinstalled Windows 10 to get a fresh install without Dell programs installed. When I try to open up Radeon Settings, it gives the typical 'No AMD graphics drivers installed.

I also get 'error code 43' in Device Manager for both the R5 and RX560. I've read many forums before coming here, and tried using default drivers, using DDU in safe mode, uninstalling/reinstalling drivers, disabling auto updates, using Dell drivers etc. to no avail. The card was detected with the default Dell OS, but reinstalling that would defeat the purpose of a fresh install. I fear I may be running out of options.
What's interesting is that when I reinstall the drivers, the PCI encryption/decryption controller functions properly again, but not the R5 or RX560
